Damien Rule-Neal

Damien Rule-Neal has worked and volunteered in the HIV sector since he was diagnosed HIV positive 20 years ago.

 A passionate advocate and leader, Damien has been involved with the Positive Speakers’ Bureau for over 15 year, Damien is one of our New Speaker Training facilitators.  Damien is currently doing his Bachelors in Nursing degree with a particular interest in infectious diseases, palliative care and disability fields. Damien is a husband, father of 3 and a grandfather of 2 beautiful granddaughters.
